How do I protect the data?

The hosting service for my digital assets provides me with the online platform through which I can offer you our services. Your data may be stored via the data storage, databases, and general applications of my hosting provider. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and provide secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.

Regardless of the measures and efforts taken by me and my hosting provider, I cannot and will not guarantee absolute protection and security of the data you upload, publish, or otherwise transmit to me or others.

For this reason, I kindly ask you to set secure passwords and, if possible, refrain from sending me or others any confidential information that, in your opinion, could cause you significant or sustained harm if disclosed. Additionally, since email and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, I also request that you do not disclose any confidential information via these communication channels.

How do I handle minors?

Children can only use my services if a parent or legal guardian explicitly consents to it and conducts all contractual negotiations through them. For most of my services involving direct contact, I only store the full name for accounting purposes. For all other matters, only the data of the parents or legal guardians are used and stored and processed as described above. The collection of certain data (including data collected via cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies) may occur automatically. If I knowingly collect, use, or disclose data collected from a child, I will notify and obtain parental consent in accordance with applicable law. I do not require a child's participation in an online activity to provide more contact information than is reasonably necessary for participation in that activity. I only use the data collected by me in connection with the services requested by the child.
